Mark J. Egidio
President/Managing Partner
Mark is a wealth advisor and President of Egidio Lennon Wealth Management. He is also an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®.
Mark's professional career began at Allmerica Financial – Connecticut as an associate from 1989 to 1999. The valuable nine years of retirement planning helped him realize how passionate he was about helping people retire with clarity and confidence. Now, more than 33 years later, as President and Managing Partner of Egidio Lennon Wealth Management, his goal remains to help pre- and post-retirees achieve a "Lifetime of Financial Security."
He has also qualified for Commonwealth’s prestigious Leader's Conference every consecutive year since 2006 and for its Chairman's Retreat since 2007. Throughout Connecticut, Mark is known for specializing in conducting retirement planning workshops. Specifically, many workshops are geared toward a concentration in teacher retirement planning. For the past 23 years, he has presented more than 300 workshops on achieving financial security in retirement. Through the strong relationships Mark has built with his existing clients, he now proudly serves many of his clients' children, families, and friends.
With more than 30 years of wealth management experience, Mark strives to create personalized solutions that will positively and significantly impact each of his client's financial futures. He and his team build long-term relationships based on trust, knowledge, and experience. The team consistently works with clients to determine their goals and risk profiles as well as create individually unique and tailored plans. They also closely monitor and evolve these foundations based on his clients' ever-changing financial needs and goals.
Mark is a resident of Madison, Connecticut, where he lives with his wife, Jennifer, their three children: Dante, Julianna, and Gabriella, and their three energetic Jack Russell terriers: Coco, Zoey, and Zeke. He enjoys playing basketball and tennis and spending time with family and friends.

Marc is a wealth advisor with Egidio Lennon Wealth Management. He is also an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®.
Marc’s professional career began in 2008 when he was hired as a financial assistant at the firm. Marc was fortunate to find a firm, mentor, and career he loved early on, which allowed him to grow and be named managing partner in 2020. Marc has a passion for helping people (especially teachers, since he is married to one) and finds great joy in helping people achieve their goals.
Marc is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional. As a CFP® practitioner, Marc provides comprehensive financial planning guidance and is committed to the highest standards of ethical conduct. Marc develops a close understanding of his client’s needs to create a complete plan, which will help them reach their personal short- and long-term goals as they move confidently into their future. By focusing on the fine details of pre- and post-retirement planning processes, Marc provides his clients with the tools and strategies to help shape their desired long-term financial foundation.
Marc has a BS in finance from Central Connecticut State University.
Marc enjoys spending time with family and traveling, and has a passion for running marathons. His greatest joy is creating memories with his family. He lives in Southington with his wife, Emily; their son, Nolan; and their dog, Fitzy.

John Grosso

John is a wealth advisor with Egidio Lennon Wealth Management. He is an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®.
John’s professional career started in 1993 when he worked as a financial consultant with Merrill Lynch. Most recently, he was a financial advisor/operations manager in the Hartford office of Morgan Stanley. John has obtained a professional certification from the Connecticut Partnership for Long-Term Care Insurance.
Originally from Torrington, Connecticut, John now lives in Watertown with his partner, Catherine, and dog, Stella. He has a daughter, Allie, who lives in Connecticut.

Jessica Grillo

Jessica is a wealth advisor with Egidio Lennon Wealth Management. She is also an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®.
She joined Egidio Lennon Wealth Management in June 2008 as an administrative assistant after graduating from the University of New Haven with a degree in finance. Throughout the years, she evolved into the director of client services and was the liaison for clients in their meetings with Mark Egidio, to ensure their needs and concerns were thoroughly and promptly addressed.
Jessica’s role is focused now on retirement income planning and assisting educators in understanding their benefits within the Connecticut Teachers’ Retirement Board system. In addition, she assists the team with research, portfolio review, trades, account rebalancing, and ongoing portfolio maintenance.
She obtained her FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations. She is currently studying for her CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification.
Jessica loves to travel and was fortunate to grow up in beautiful places like Germany, Hawai'i, and Puerto Rico. Jessica lives in Southington with her husband, Justin, their beautiful daughter, Camila, and their rescue pup, Luna. Jessica loves her new role as a mom, and enjoys baking and spending time with her family and friends.
Brittany Feller

Brittany joined the Egidio Lennon team in February of 2013, quickly establishing herself as an integral member. She brings with her a diverse educational background from Southern Connecticut State University, where she earned bachelor's degrees in elementary education, special education, and liberal studies with a focus on sociology and psychology, graduating magna cum laude. This foundation has uniquely equipped her to connect with clients on a deeper level, bringing a unique perspective to her role.
Under the mentorship of Mark Egidio, Brittany developed a comprehensive understanding of the industry, advancing into an advisory role. During her tenure with the firm, she has made significant contributions, including refining client service procedures, providing strategic oversight for the firm's operational activities, and fostering team development. As a wealth advisor to her clients and a service advisor to Mark Egidio, Brittany applies her background to educate and empower clients with personalized and holistic financial strategies, guiding them through their retirement planning journey with empathy and insight.
In addition to her financial acumen, Brittany holds the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations, as well as life, accident, and health insurance licenses.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Brittany finds joy in spending time with family and friends, and cherishing moments with her rescued pup, Ellie. She also enjoys traveling, spending time outdoors, and advocating passionately for animal rights.
James Munro

James joined the Egidio Lennon team in 2021 as a wealth advisor, specializing in financial planning and portfolio management. He is also an Investment Adviser Representative of Commonwealth Financial Network®. He graduated cum laude from Western Connecticut State University with a bachelor's degree in financial accounting.
With nearly a decade of experience in wealth management, James began his career in the insurance industry before transitioning to Morgan Stanley, where he earned a portfolio manager designation. He is dedicated to developing comprehensive financial plans, providing clients with greater confidence in their ability to achieve their financial goals. Utilizing each individualized plan to identifying actionable next steps, James helps clients navigate their financial journey with clarity. As a fiduciary asset manager, James ensures that each client’s asset allocation is aligned with both short-term and long-term financial objectives
James holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities registrations, along with life, accident, and health insurance licenses. In addition to his passion for guiding clients toward financial success, he has extensive knowledge of alternative investments, including private real estate and exchange funds. He takes pride in serving individuals, families, and nonprofit organizations within his community, helping them navigate complex financial decisions.
A Madison native, James now resides in Killingworth with his wife, Lindsay. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing on his boat and playing guitar.

Emily started her career in 2017 working with teachers helping them set up their retirement plans, before moving on to independent wealth management, where she focused her time on building comprehensive financial plans as well as help service corporate retirement plans. Having a few teachers in her life, she is excited to resume working with them.
Emily is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and holds Series 7, 63, and 65 securities registrations and Life Accident and Health FINRA licenses.
Emily graduated from Bentley University with a bachelor's degree in corporate finance and accounting. She lives in West Hartford with her fiancé and enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Danielle started in the industry as an intern in 2009 while also pursuing her bachelor’s degree in finance at Southern Connecticut State University in New Haven, CT. She obtained her Series 7 and 63 securities registrations before graduating magna cum laude in 2011. She also has her Series 66 securities registration and life, accident and health insurance licenses, and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® practitioner.
With 15 years of experience prior to joining Egidio Lennon Wealth Management, she is passionate about forging strong client relationships and developing individualized financial plans for her clients. As a CFP® professional, Danielle acts as a fiduciary asset manager in understanding her clients’ needs and goals to provide them the appropriate investment and insurance solutions. She enjoys helping her clients feel secure in their financial future and empowering them by sharing knowledge around financial and market concepts. Danielle often serves as the advisor to multiple generations within her clients’ family and feels it’s important to educate younger generations on building a strong financial foundation.
Danielle is originally from Rhode Island and has been living in Connecticut since finishing college. After spending several years on the shoreline in Branford, she now resides in Wethersfield with her partner, Kevin, and their two Bichon Frisés, Mimi and Luna. Danielle and Kevin enjoy traveling abroad, boating in the summer, and skiing in the winter. The dogs love to travel with them whenever possible! Danielle also loves to cook and entertain family and friends.

Emily Solomon joined Egidio Lennon Wealth Management full-time in May 2024 following her internship with the firm, where she developed a strong foundation in client service and advisory support. She supports the advisory team by assisting in the development of comprehensive financial plans, conducting research, and helping to ensure a seamless client experience.
Emily earned her degree in finance from Quinnipiac University, where she developed a strong interest in investment analysis and wealth management. She has also obtained her Series 65 and is actively pursuing her CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification.
Outside of the office, Emily enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing trivia, golfing, and relaxing at home with her two cats, Cappy & Bogey.

Dante joined our team in August 2025 as a Financial Advisor Assistant. He graduated from UConn in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in finance. After college, he went to Northeastern University in Boston to receive his master’s degree in business analytics.
Dante started his work experience at Wayfair, where he was a senior financial analyst for four years in Boston. He brings along a strong analytical and strategic mindset and is excited to combine these skills along with his passion for helping people plan for financial independence. He is looking forward to learning and evolving into the wealth management industry and is actively pursuing his CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification.

Julia joined the Egidio Lennon team in May of 2018 as a Client Service Associate and has evolved to Client Relationship Manager with a primary focus on servicing Mark Egidio and Brittany Feller’s clients. Julia’s role at ELWM has included a variety of responsibilities as it pertains to client service. She takes a hands-on approach for all client requests; ensures Mark, Brittany, and the clients are prepared for meetings; provides prompt and concise follow-up for all post-meeting actions; and is a valued resource for the firm’s support team.
Julia is also a public notary and recently completed the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional℠ designation program, adding to her client service support role at the firm.
Julia graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in psychology, and has previously worked in the social work field as well as in human resources. Julia lives in Wallingford, Connecticut, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is also an avid reader, has a passion for music, and is an advocate for the mental health community.

Lisa has been in the financial services industry since 2006. She has an extensive background and has played a key role in every aspect of the client service experience. She has an excellent working knowledge of client account processes, procedures, and onboarding of new clients, as well as maintaining and servicing accounts on an ongoing basis.

Sara lives in Naugatuck with her husband, Joe. In her free time, Sara enjoys traveling throughout New England, gardening, fishing, and spending time with her nephew and three nieces.

Shanelle joined Egidio Lennon in May 2025 as the firm’s Marketing Coordinator. She brings over eight years of experience in marketing, having worked with small businesses, local libraries, and community theatres to develop engaging outreach strategies and build strong community connections.
Shanelle earned her degree in Communications with a minor in Theatre Arts from Flagler College. Her unique blend of creativity and strategic communication skills supports the firm’s marketing initiatives, brand development, and client engagement efforts.
Deeply involved in the local arts scene, Shanelle continues to participate in community theatre, both on stage and behind the scenes. She lives in Thomaston with her two cats and, in her free time, enjoys cooking, reading, and traveling.
Elle (Ellie)

Elle (Ellie) started as an office greeter in January of 2020. She began primarily in the Madison office and now visits all locations. She was born in Tennessee in October of 2012, where she spent the first few months of her life with a foster family. She made her way up to Connecticut in January of 2013, where she was adopted by Brittany. A classic case of “who rescued who”! Elle loves to hike off leash with Brittany where she can run and explore. She also enjoys playing frisbee and laying in the sun when she takes her naps. She is a smart, gentle, loving part of the ELWM family, providing smiles and warm hellos to those who visit our firm.
